State: Virginia
Age: 16
Bio: My name is Michelle Miles and I live in Charlottesville, VA. I am currently a sophomore in high school and I love photography and art.
I Am A State Park Ambassador Because: I have found that America's state parks are the best places to take beautiful photos, which I love to do, and through this program I am hoping to share my pictures with other people interested in the parks. Also, I am affected by a disease called Muscular Dystrophy, requiring me to use a wheelchair. By visiting state parks and blogging about my experiences, I am hoping to help inform people of the accessibility of the parks and possibly make suggestions to improve the accessibility of existing parks and parks in the future.

Coolest Thing I've Seen In Parks: I really enjoyed walking the trail of the Cascades, which is in my mother's hometown and also where my parents were married. I went on that trail many times when I was little and the waterfalls and swimming hole at the end are breath taking.
