I Am A State Park Ambassador Because: I became a Youth Ambassador because I heard about the program and thought it sounded interesting and fun. Also it will give me more opportunities to explore outdoors and experience State Parks.

Coolest Thing I've Seen In Parks: A few years ago at James River State Park I was camping and happened to see the Bateauxs (old timey boats used for hauling tabacco heads down the river to markets). Every year there is a festival where people recreate these historical floats and journey down the James. It was a very exciting experience.

Interests: Photography, camping, horseback riding, and kayaking.

Music Played At My Campfire: Any kind of fun, entertaining music.

What Not To Miss In My State's Parks: A good time.

Who I Would Go On A Hike With If I Could: My friends.
