Bio: I split my childhood between great places and have since grown into a few more. My roots have me in both Brazil and in Michigan and my undergraduate studies out west in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. Currently I'm working on my graduate studies in South Carolina at Clemson University in the Parks, & Recreation, & Tourism Management Department with a special interest in community development through recreational resources in park and trail networks. Normally you can find me commuting on bike, kicking a soccer ball, hiking, skiing, or hopefully swimming at any available moment. I love showing people what makes me happy in hopes it will bring them joy too. Daft Punk is always playing at my house.

I Am A State Park Ambassador Because: As a child, I practically lived on the beach. Nearly every day of every summer, my family and I were at the beach at one of the state parks dotting the shore of Lake Michigan. My memories of playing in the surf, digging in the sand and breathtaking sunsets are some of the greatest things I have from childhood. And that's why I'm an ambassador. These parks are a treasure and they are here for us all to enjoy what is truly natural. Too many people go about their lives and never take advantage of these amazing places, some of which are only a few miles from their homes. I want to change this. Everyone should know the beauty and experience what our state parks have to offer.

Coolest Thing I've Seen In Parks: During a break in a huge storm coming across Lake Michigan, I was on the pier and saw a few surfers enjoying the massive sky blue waves the storm had brought in.
Interests: Parks, Trails, Driving across the country to visit home, Soccer, Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Hip Hop
Music Played At My Campfire: My campfires always become dance parties. So mainly Daft Punk and usually something with some funk.
What Not To Miss In My State's Parks: The rolling dunes along the shores of Lake Michigan and the unbeatable sunsets that end the days.
Who I Would Go On A Hike With If I Could: Daft Punk. But they're robots and sand might get in their joints.
