Enchanted Rock SNA, one of the coolest parks around Central Texas, hosted the Enchanted Rock Extreme Duathlon on March 30th, 2014. I participated in this 5 mile run, 16 mile bike, and 1.75 mile run (up the rock!) and am sharing the experience! (read more...)
