Soon, it would be difficult for newlyweds in Kaua‘i to pose or take photos of them posing in front of Hawaii’s waterfalls, beaches, and state parks.
Both Bradyhouse Photographers and The Foxes Photography were told to stop taking photos of iconic state parks if they do it without any official permit.
People are asked to get permits for commercial photography or refrain from taking pictures in the following locations:
Kalepa Ridge
Wailua Falls
Hanakapiai Beach
Waimea Canyon
Kokee State Park
Anyone caught taking commercial photography there without any permit will face fines or even jail time.
