Earlier this week Members of the Parks & Recreation Committee of the West Virginia legislature went to Cacapon State Park (Morgan County) where they saw a huge potential for Mountain State tourism.

The State of West Virginia is welcoming tourists and capitalizing on the promotion of its lake, rustic cabins, golf courses, and hiking trails.

Cacapon State Park has completed its renovation worth $30 million, which included the rental renovations, upgrades on the water system, and improvement on trails used for mountain bikes, as well as new campsites.
