With the hope to promote the Mountain State to travelers, the West Virginia Department of Tourism issued a Fall Foliage Map. The New Fall Map helps tracks the fall colors in Almost Heaven which begin now through the end of October.

As per Chelsea Ruby, the West Virginia Tourism Cabinet Secretary. The map is two-fold and has the details of foliage areas and park type details to attract both West Virginians to explore their backyards and for new tourists who will visit Almost Heaven for the first time.

West Virginia’s new gem the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is also featured on the map to help boost its tourism.
