Louisville State Recreation Area is a 192-acre park along the Platte River in Cass County โ€” featuring sand pit lakes with some of the best largemouth bass fishing in eastern Nebraska. The Platte River valley here is part of the Central Flyway โ€” one of the four major bird migration routes in North America.
