❓ Hunting in Delaware — FAQ
Is hunting allowed in Delaware state parks?
Hunting in Delaware state parks is limited — it is typically restricted to specific parks, managed hunts, quotas, or special permits rather than open across the park system. Hunting is allowed in only some Delaware state parks, with a special state parks hunting permit; rules differ by park (DNREC, as of October 2026). Always verify current regulations with the official agency before hunting.
