๐Ÿฅ‡ 2002 Winter Olympics Venue โ€” Nordic Skiing, Biathlon, Utah’s Longest Tubing Lanes, and 36 Holes of Golf โ€” The former Olympic cross-country and biathlon venue with 20+ miles of groomed Nordic trails, 1,200-foot tubing lanes, two 18-hole golf courses, and Wasatch Mountain scenery โ€” Heber Valley, Utah

Soldier Hollow is one of the most unique state park experiences in America โ€” a 2002 Winter Olympics venue that hosted cross-country skiing, biathlon, and Nordic combined events, now transformed into a year-round recreation destination in the stunning Heber Valley of the Wasatch Mountains. And it’s doing it again: Soldier Hollow is slated to host events for the 2034 Winter Olympics.

In winter, you’ll find 20+ miles of impeccably groomed Nordic trails for classic and skate skiing, Utah’s longest tubing lanes (1,200 feet with lift service), snowshoeing, and even public biathlon experiences on the same range used by Olympic athletes. In summer, the venue becomes a 36-hole golf facility โ€” the only one in the world built on an Olympic venue โ€” with mountain biking, hiking, and the famous sheepdog championships.
